What is work-linked learning?

Advantages of work-study training

A real springboard for your entry into working life: work-study programmes play a major role in your professionalisation and your integration into the job market.

You become an employee of a company while continuing your studies which allows you to put into practice what you learn in class - to acquire expertise in a field and to develop your field experience.

During your work-study period you benefit from the same advantages as the other employees of your company: you receive a salary and are covered by social security (sickness - work accident - maternity).

Another important aspect is that your host company finances your entire tuition fees.

The rhythm of work-study programmes

The work-study rhythm may vary from one specialisation to another. It is generally 3 weeks per month in the company and one week at the school which is ideal for getting fully involved in practical projects and acquiring new skills.
