On International Women's Day, Sabrina Tanquerel, associate professor of human resources management at EM Normandie, shares her findings and highlights best practices that could help promote gender equality in the workplace.

In the 2026 edition of Le Point magazine's ranking of business schools, EM Normandie's Master in Management (PGE) was ranked 17th out of 37 programmes evaluated.

EM Normandie is taking part in an international research programme about the increasing politicisation on business. Funded by the John Templeton Foundation for a total of 4 million dollars, the project is being conducted in partnership with Georgetown University and Florida Atlantic University.
