School's life
At the end of November, on the Caen campus, the jury of the EM Normandie Foundation announced the winners of the 6th Academic Excellence Awards. This year's prize for research goes to Moacir Godinho Filho and the prize for pedagogical innovation to Aneta Hamza-Orlinska.
In a highly competitive global environment, the reputation of a Grande Ecole is closely linked to that of its academic body and is based essentially on the quality of its teaching and research. This area, which accounts for 13% of the EM Normandie Business School Foundation's initiatives, enables it to promote the excellence of the school's professor-researchers by supporting high-level research and innovative teaching approaches, which are essential to the changes in our societies.
Since 2019, the EM Normandie Business School Foundation has introduced a programme to encourage professor-researchers and promote the faculty's research work leading to innovative and relevant publications and/or teaching programmes, through the annual organisation of the Academic Excellence Award. It is awarded on the basis of evaluation criteria linked to the quality of their teaching and the recognition of their research work in reference publications, taken into account by management school certification agencies.
Open to all professor-researchers at EM Normandie Business School, the ADMISSIONS TEST is divided into two parts: the research prize and the teaching innovation prize.
