The Integration Weekend makes a comeback at EM Normandie Business School
Student's life
At the end of September, the Integration Weekend (WEI) brought together more than 800 first-year students from the School's various programmes: Master in Management, Bachelor International Management and BBA.
This festive event rounded off a month of integration that included activities organised by the School, presentations by student associations, the start of classes and association events.
This convivial weekend was an opportunity for newcomers to forge links with their peers through team-building activities, sports and games of all kinds.
What could be more unifying in the life of a business school than an event that brings its students together? This is the spirit that the School, the Student Federation and the Student Offices wanted to highlight by offering a unique event this year that had not been celebrated since 2016.
The WEI took place in Brittany, at a 5-star campsite that was specially reserved for the occasion and regularly hosts integration weekends. Numerous facilities were provided to welcome our students in a setting that was as friendly as it was pleasant.
This integration weekend was also highly supervised, with 90 student volunteers, all members of a student association and all familiar with the prevention of Sexual and Gender-based Violence (SGBV) and safety rules, on hand to oversee the various activities.
A dozen security guards were also on hand, along with staff from the School, including the Equilibre et Inclusion team, which is dedicated to the well-being of students during their studies.
