Présentation

Nabila Abid est professeure assistante en entrepreneuriat, stratégie et innovation, et elle a rejoint l’EM Normandie en 2024. Elle est titulaire d’un doctorat en gestion et administration des affaires de l'Université Gabriele D'Annunzio Chieti-Pescara en Italie obtenu en 2023. Sa thèse doctorale a exploré le rôle crucial du bricolage dans l'obtention d'une performance supérieure des entreprises petites et moyennes. Pendant ses études doctorales, elle a été chercheuse invitée à l'Université de Ratisbonne en Allemagne, à l'Université technique de Munich en Allemagne et à la Newcastle University Business School au Royaume-Uni. Ses intérêts de recherche sont diversifiés, englobant l'entrepreneuriat, les écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux, l'innovation, la stratégie, les mégadonnées au niveau organisationnel, l'innovation technologique, la transition énergétique et l'économie environnementale aux niveaux national et régional.
