Presentation
Magali Jara is an Associate Professor of marketing and she joined EM Normandie in 2024. She holds a PhD from the Université de Rennes 1, awarded in 2008 and an accreditation to supervise research (HDR) from the Nantes Université, awarded in 2020. Her research is dealing with retail brand equity, click and collect system, organic and local products. Magali Jara has published articles in top journals such as International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Services Marketing.
