Located in the Dubai Knowledge Park, the campus benefits from a particularly privileged environment, with immediate proximity to shops, transport, Palm Jumeirah Island and many renowned international universities. The EM Normandie Facilities, with a surface area of 1,400 m² (15,000 sq.ft ) and a capacity of up to 600 students, include 7 teaching and pedagogical spaces, a social area for students and staff, administrative offices, a prayer room, break areas, etc.

All the buildings in the Dubai Knowledge Park community comply with the requirements of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations including Fire and Life Safety Code requirements.
