The teaching staff of EM Normandie is the guarantor of the excellence and academic attractiveness of the school's research. With 115 teacher-researchers, the school has managed to attract numerous talents who share its ambition of becoming the top French post-baccalaureate higher education and research institution in the world. Between publications in national and international journals, scientific interventions and media appearances — not to mention teaching courses — the teacher-researchers of EM Normandie are deeply involved in research and pedagogical activities. For this purpose, they benefit from a professional space to express themselves in their areas of expertise, a centre for pedagogical innovation and support, and a pedagogical model based on EdTechs to enhance students' learning experience.
The school's academic and applied research activities are grouped within the ‘Métis Laboratory’ and structured around six departments: Law, Finance & Control; Economics, Territories Economics and Sustainable Development; Marketing; HR & Organization; Strategy & Entrepreneurship; Supply Chain Management & Decision Sciences. These departments serve as actual hubs for disseminating knowledge, thus serving the programmes, and as a link between research and teaching. They contribute to strengthening and updating the expertise of teacher-researchers and engage in numerous national and international academic partnerships with Normandy University, PoleTES, Valorial, Logistique Seine Normandie (LSN), Corvinus University of Budapest, and the University of Massachusetts (UMASS Boston).
