Presentation

Thomas Sorreda is an assistant professor in HRM at EM Normandie. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. His dissertation focuses on consulting thinking. His research focuses on the relationships between people within organizations. Thomas addresses the interconnections and relationships between drug trafficking companies through the use of a hybrid ethnography combining life stories and interviews in the form of diaries made with voice memos. His method invites the interviewees to adopt a reflexive attitude in their professional practices.
