Sarah Bouraga is an Associate Professor in Information Management. She joined EM Normandie in 2024. She has a PhD in management science from the University of Namur, awarded in 2017. Her thesis is on requirements engineering for online social networks. Her research focuses mainly on digital technology, and data analysis for knowledge extraction and the improvement of decision-making processes.
