Is it possible to break a work-study contract?
You can break your contract unilaterally and without constraints during:
- The first month (trial period) of your professionalisation contract.
 - The first 45 days of work in the company (probationary period) of your apprenticeship contract.

After that the contract can be terminated by means of a conventional termination agreement with the agreement of the student and the company.
The work-study programmes department will assist you and must be notified before any such action is taken.
