Presentation

Romain Gibert is an assistant professor in territorial development and joined EM Normandie in 2023. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Rouen Normandie University obtained in 2019. His thesis analyses the diversity and effectiveness of public policies supporting innovation. His research focuses on the analysis of R&D strategies and public policies, particularly innovation strategies in the face of multiple competitive dynamics. He is currently academic director of the Master 2/ Master specializing in Development Strategies & Territories.
