Dilek Erzurumlu is an Assistant Professor of Human Resources and Organization ans she joined EM Normandie in 2024. She holds a PhD in Management from NEOMA Business School, obtained in 2023, with a thesis on office housework and its outcomes. Her research primarily focuses on understanding how situations arising from individuals' work lives can permeate their overall lives, contributing to well-being or stress. In line with this interest, her academic pursuits cover several areas: work-related well-being, work-induced stress factors, gender, the dynamics of work conditions in an increasingly digital world, interpersonal relationships within professional settings, the role of social capital, mindfulness, and social entrepreneurship.
