The Bureau Des Arts (BDA) aims to spread culture within the EM Normandie, to make known the latest plays, the festivals that are worthwhile... while making art accessible to all!
Presentation
The members of the BDA are responsible for organising workshops/courses dedicated to art in all its forms: dance, painting, music... Negotiating preferential rates for attending plays, concerts or visiting museums for example, but also for imagining and creating all sorts of events that fall within the framework of a BDA: shows, openings, cultural trips...!
