César hold a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), obtained in 1998 and he chose to evolve in the academic world. His doctoral thesis focused on the internationalization strategy of oil companies. César began his career in a London investment bank as a senior analyst in the energy sector. After his doctorate, he decided to give more meaning to his professional life and to teach. In 2000 he joined KEDGE Business School as Professor of Strategy and Academic Director of MS and MSc in International Business. There remain 16 years during which he also acts as Visiting Professor in Strategy at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) Business School in Madrid for 3 years. In parallel, from 2006 to 2008, César is Senior Consultant for Zemi Communications, a financial and strategic communications firm based in New York and having projects in Europe. In 2016, he joined the International School of Business (ISM) as Dean and Director of Research. Among his various projects, he is involved in the management of DBA, the school’s flagship program, the launch of an international business plan competition, Pitch in Paris, as well as the coordination and publishing of the school’s academic journal. On June 1, 2022, this strategy, management and teaching professional at prestigious and very international institutions is entrusted with the Post Graduate Programs Directorate (MS and MSc) of EM Normandie.
