Benjamin Legros est professeur associé en Finance et a rejoint l’EM Normandie en 2017. Il est titulaire d’un doctorat en sciences de gestion de l'Ecole CentraleSupélec obtenu en 2013. Sa thèse porte sur l’optimisation des flux dans les centres d’appels multicanaux. Ses recherches portent sur les modèles stochastiques avec des applications orientées sur les technologies des centres de contact et la finance.
