Le Havre Campus
Located in Normandy’s largest city and only two hours from Paris, the School’s historic campus in Le Havre is at the heart of a maritime metropolis, with cutting-edge modern architecture and an ideal blend of countryside and coastal living.
A 3.0 Campus in 2020
A new 14,000 m² building, open and futuristic, with training and social areas suited to student life, is due to open in September 2020.
This new site guarantees optimum living and studying conditions. The very notion of classroom has been dropped and replaced by fully digital and modular learning areas which foster social intercourse, creativity and innovation.
The Digital City (Fr: La Cité Numérique), a forum for exchange and training dedicated to businesses and project developers, will be integrated into the same building. This will contribute to the School’s dynamism, by fostering contacts between students, companies and start-ups.
The City of Le Havre
As Normandy’s largest city, with almost 200,000 inhabitants, Le Havre is also a seaside resort with a 2km long beach right in the city centre. A city of Art and History, Le Havre offers pleasant living conditions, with numerous cultural, intellectual and sporting events and facilities.
In July 2005, Le Havre’s city centre, which was rebuilt by August Perret, a prominent twentieth-century architect, was added by UNESCO to its World Heritage List.
Le Havre enjoys an exceptional coastal location as a gateway between the waters of the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The port of Le Havre is the largest French port for international trade and container traffic, and the fifth-largest in Europe.
In 2017, the city celebrated its 500th anniversary by organising a year-round series of events and inviting Le Havre’s entire population to (re)discover the essence of the city, as described and celebrated by many artists.
